Boxeing Style
Boxers will generally automatically pick up a certain style. That style will depend on many things including the boxer's skill, quickness, aggression, ability to take a punch, and personality. Eventually as you begin to box more, you will probably find yourself fitting into one of the following moulds. The boxing styles are swarmer, slugger, boxer, boxer-puncher.
Styles are more of an instinct thing than a learned thing, but you should really know that in general, when certain types of fighters meet, the outcome can more or less be predicted based on the style they employ. As one of the coach's at my gym put it today, it is the trinity of boxing (even though there are 4 styles as boxer-puncher is a mixture of two of them). The rule is:
Swarmer beats Boxer
Slugger beats Swarmer
Boxer beats Slugger
Of course there is an exception to every rule, the anamoly, a boxer-puncher generally does a bit better against a swarmer because he has that extra power in his punches that do the damage to the swarmer.

Scouting
Analysis of scouter data indicated untapped potential not yet revealed in boxers.
Like in real life there are mistakes when trying to estimate a boxer potential, and there are no guarantees for accurate estimation, but, if you wish to maximize the liability of it, you should get for your club a better scouter.
Further notes:
A scouter reports costs 10,000$.
All of the reports history are saved into your 'Scouting' page.
You allow to receive 'Potential Report' only once in a month for each boxer.
Bout Purse
After the fight was ended, it's time to split the incomes from the fight.
The fight purse determine according to the boxers charisma, series level and amount of luck.
The purse splits between between both gyms. the winner gets 2/3 of the bout purse, and her oponnent gets the remain 1/3. in case of a draw, both gyms will split by half.
Every manager must pay his fighter his share income of the bout.
The share of the boxer determined according of how good the boxer is.
Bout Preperation
Bout contains 12 rounds, 3 minutes per round, where the two fighters will fight according to your tactic orders.
You will need to sign up your fighter to the coming bout 3 days before the fight starts.
After this period of time, you will not be able register a new fighter. The only thing you will control on, will be the fighter's tactic.
In league system your opponent must know against which of your boxers he is facing, and accordingly set his tactic.
In this way, a manage will have 3 days to measure opponent's fighter, and so, prepare his own boxer tactic accordingly.
If for some reason you did not sign up legal fighter for the bout, the bout will be
disqualify
You can set your boxer's tactic using the conditions boxer might be during a fight.
Your boxer status can be vary during each round.
As described, for each round the boxer status changes to following statuses:
The tactic orders divided into three levels:
Earlier Rounds
Middle Of Bout
Latest Rounds
In this way you can control the boxer as the fight progress, giving the appropriate instruction with ease.
Energy Points
At the beginning of each round the boxer receives 100% percentages of energy points.
The manager can decide where the boxer should need to put efforts in that round.

Power(pow)
- the power given for each punch. Also it will increase chances for knockout/knockdown during this round.
Aggression(agr)
- high value means more punches landed this round.
Defense(def)
- high value means more defense.
Rest
- If you do not using the 100% of your energy points, the boxer will use it for resting.
Disqualified
A bout can be disqualified even before it was start.
This can happens when a fighter is not at the correct weight level, or the manager did not select a fighter to fight this bout, or the fighter selected to the fight is no longer belong to te club due to transfer to another club.
It is the responsibility of the manager to sign up his fighter to the bout, and make sure the fighter is qualified by his weight division and won't leave the club until the bout will be fought.
If a fighter disqualified, his opponent will receive a TKO and 5 points to his gym. If both fighters disqualified, then no points will be given to any of the teams.
Youth
A young fighter knock on your door once a week, and ask to join your team. you have the option to reject or accept them to your team. Each fighter has a built-in potential in his profile, that scouter can reveal for you. Potential accuracy is determined according to your scouter ability.
Better scouter, Better estimated potential skill.
Most of young fighters knock on your door have poor potential. It is hard these days to find a good young fighter. Do not signup a new fighter if a scouter find the young boxer has no future! Remember, every signup costs.
The procedure sign up a new boxer divided into two categories:
Youth Meeting -
You are able to set a meeting with your crew.
The scouter selects the best young trainning boxer available currently in your gym, and prepares a detailed report on him.
If you find the young fighter good enough for your gym needs, you can sign him on a contract.
Each step will cost 10,000$ for scouter/lawyer work. For example, if you choose to complete a new boxer's signup it will cost your gym 20,000$ for the whole process
If you think the young boxer has no future, you can wait till the end of the week and a new boxer will be available to sign up.
Note: You cannot signup more than one fighter each week.
Transfers
The transfer list is where you acquire new boxers and try to sell those boxers you don't want to keep. The bid page gives you an overview over all the boxers you're either selling or bidding on.
Selling a boxer
To sell a boxer you place him on the transfer list, which you do from the page of that particular boxer. You choose what price you're asking for him and he is placed on the transfer list. The boxer will be on the transfer list three days before going to the club that has offered the most, provided somebody has bid for him.
A sold boxer disappears off to his new club immediately after the bidding is over. Until then you can select him for bouts. If a buyer isn't found he stays at your club. Remember, once you transfer list a boxer you can’t change your mind. If you do change your mind, the only safe way to keep the boxer is to buy him yourself. Note that that if you sign up a boxer to a bout, and this boxer sold and transferred to another club, three days before the bout begins, you will not be able sign up a new boxer instead. If this is the case, you will lose the bout automatically. This is your responsibility to manage your transfers correctly, do it wisely before you sell your boxer.
Buying a boxer
To buy a boxer you visit the boxer market, the transfer list, under the Bids menu, You search for what kind of boxer you want and to make an offer you enter the page of the boxer by clicking on his name. If there is no current bid on the boxer you can bid the asking price. Note that the sum of your bids cannot put you more than 1,000,000 $ into debt.
You may bid on a boxer right up until the deadline. You can view the average sum of bids and the number of bidders offer on that particular boxer. To view a boxer's transfer details you visit the boxer page of that particular boxer.
A great help when buying boxers is the information concerning his abilities, personality etc. You can also use The 'Scout' to estimate the boxer potential. Remember, scout report cost 10,000$.
